Summer 1- 2018:
In Maths the children will be learning about geometry. They will identify 3-D shapes, including cubes and other cuboids, from 2-D representations. They will draw and compare different types of angles and identify angles at a point. They will also identify, describe and represent the position of a shape following a reflection or translation.
Calculations- The children will be practising their basic skills by using all four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division as well as fractions, decimals and percentages within the context of geometry.
