Nursery having lots of fun during an egg hunt! They collected all the eggs they could find and counted them with their friends.

Reception using the penguins to make their own addition number sentences.

The children are exploring Numicon freely before they are ready to use it in a directed way. We are looking at Numicon shapes without using number names or numerals.

Reception have been fantastic at counting using 1-1 correspondence and finding one more. We even went on a number hunt! 🔢🔍

Reception have been working hard to add two numbers together.
