11/7/18 Science Year 5
Today, Year 5 continued to learn about living things. Pupils learned about the life cycle of amphibians and compared these with insects, mammals and birds. They learned about the Great Crested Newt and its metamorphosis from larva through to adulthood.

9/07/2018-Year 2 at the beach
Today we went to the beach as part of our seaside topic. We spent the afternoon rolling in the sand, digging and making sands castles as well as playing lots of beach games. We finished our day with delicious ice-creams!

Today we had very special visitors known as ICE CATS. They taught us how to be safe inside and outside of school (and online!). We learnt how to do a safety train and how to cross the road. We also learnt how to protect ourselves from strangers.

Today our school turned into a film studio!
Our school has been part of this production. Some of our choir children were asked to perform two song within our premises. We loved taking part and had getting to meet the stars. The show will be aired later this year.
